I’m so scared!!

I’m late 4 days on my period. I’m a virgin. I’m turning 18 next month so I was wondering if that has to do anything with my cycle. My boyfriend & I makeout but never had sex. Like a few weeks ago he “adjusted” himself down there and then fingered me and I’ve been stressed and scared. I know it isn’t possible to get pregnant like that unless his hand was soaking in cum & it wasn’t direct contact also. Maybe the stress is lagging my period? But I’ve never been late for 4 days and I’m just hoping my cycle days are changing. Can someone respond please ):
