Birth control issue

Hello ladies. I was wondering is any other moms having the same problems with wieght loss. So I have put on some wieght. Due to being a stay at home mom. But I have since started gaining a lot more wieght due to the fact. That I have the implant as a birth control. I tried every diet that’s out there now. But I can’t seem to lose no wieght. I am a very active person. I walk a lot. So I am not understanding why I am not losing wieght. Is there anyone going through the same thing
