Question

So me and my boyfriend were talking and he was telling me about this guy he knows like cousin or something well anyways she was pregnant and I guess didn't take her prenatals like your supposed to and the baby was very low in weight when it was born. I guess she got in alot of trouble I mean I have never really heard of anything like this before. I have for like doing drugs and alcohol but not low birth weight and stuff.. Has anyone else heard of anything like this...
