Help!! Burning nipples!!

Ladies please help me, my nipples are fine during the day, and then of a night time, usually midnight onwards they wake me up as they are burning, like really burning, they shoot pain and I just don’t know what to do with them! The pain lasts about an hour each time and they get so painful I just can’t get back to sleep. I’m 15+4 pregnant. I try everything, cold things to cool them down but the pain just gets worse. Anyone else had this and can help??? It’s most nights now. Thanks xxxx
