Pregnancy confirmation

I had my pregnancy confirmed today, it was my second blood draw, as they checked on my HCG levels, i had a faux period and spotting. So i imagine thats concerning. anyways, my doctor called back and said my hormone levels were extremely low which means 1.) early on in pregnancy still or 2.) we are headed into a miscarriage. Im petrified. I am having another HCG count on thursday evening. Pray for good numbers. I missed work this week already, i dont know if i can finish out the work week handling a miscarriage.
