DROP TIPS ON BURNING FAT AND GAINIG MUSCLE
i have some stubborn stomach fat so please drop some tips on how to lose the fat and gain muscle. i’m 5’3 and weigh 126-130 and i don’t think i’m fat but i have fat that i want to turn into muscle. i’ve tried so many things with my diet- cutting things etc. please give me tips on things that hahe worked for you!!! i’m tryna be that slim thick kinda stuff and i have some serious love handels and lower stomach fat i need to get rid of so i can feel better in my own skin. please hook it with advice!!!!
