Inductions and C-sections

I’ve noticed A LOT of women on here who are due mid April like me already have c-sections or inductions planned. My due date is the 20th. I’m still either really behind of the game or they are way ahead. I don’t think my OB will plan induction until closer to my due date if necessary or a c-section unless something is wrong. Just curious why are some inductions already planned 4- 5 weeks ahead of due dates?
