Help!

I have PCOS so the chance of me “naturally” conceiving is pretty slim. But I usually stayed on birth control anyways to regulate my period. Well, my insurance was messed up for a couple months so I won’t off for a couple months.

Well, I had one period since then and now I’ve been cramping for a couple weeks and no period yet. I take a pregnancy test and it almost immediately showed a plus.

Can tests actually read it that fast or should I take another test before I mention it to my doctor.
