Contractions and 2cms!!!

My due date is is April, but he seems to be getting ready early. I am only 2cms but that can change rather quickly. I am not having pains yet but they are coming every 2-3 minutes. It doesn’t appear to be “active” labor but I am trying to get to 37 weeks this Friday. I also forgot to get that Tdap shot! I’m trying to stay off my feet and hope he doesn’t come for a few more days. I know baby will come when he wants to, but any ideas? Has anyone been in this stays for at least a week before???
