I have to sleep In heat  with a hot water bottle to me back and stomach

I get really hot on my period but the cold just makes my cramps worse. So I guess just a mix of both

Will sleep with the windows open in the dead of winter. The windows will be open when I get into the kitchen or bathroom too. I hate a cold floor tho but tile heating fixes that haha.
