Toddler bed slat dimensions?

I’m getting a toddler bed frame tomorrow, which unfortunately is missing the slats to support the mattress. I’m planning to stop at Home Depot on my way home to have some wood cut to fit as replacement slats, but I’m just wondering if someone out there can give me an idea of the dimensions used for toddler bed slats? Google is not being helpful. Obviously the width of the bed frame and the length are predetermined, but I’m wondering about the thickness and width of the actual bed slats.
