Wanted to share : positive psychology

I’m taking this class called positive psychology and let me tell you it is mind blowing and would change your whole view on life. It’s about finding your strengths instead of your weaknesses. For example most therapists say: i know your depression has been bad lately how are you dealing with that. A therapist that uses positive psychology would say: it’s amazing that you’ve been able to work and go to school and continue with projects while going through this you’re very strong. Finding your true primal happiness, sense of well being is therapeutic.
