1.5cm hemorrhage

I’m 8 weeks today, I was seen in the ER last night due to spotting and cramping. They found bleeding around the baby but the baby was fine. Heartbeat was 122. They told me to check with my OB the following day because of it grew it could hurt the baby but they didn’t give me much information has anyone had this happen before and will everything work out? My OB refuses to see me until 10 weeks and is pushing me aside.. i had a miscarriage in November and have a 9 month old baby.
