Vitex for irregular cycles?
Hello ladies, has any one tried Vitex to regulate their periods? I’ve been on provera and metformin but they didn’t regulate me. I’ve done 7 rounds of clomid, 2 with trigger shot. At this point I want a break from all the medication, I just keep thinking if I can just get my period to come then I’ll be able to get pregnant without medical assistance. Right now I only get 1-2 cycles a year without medication.
