Sleeping post c-section??

Any tips on sleeping post c-section? its been 6 days since the birth of my daughter and I’ve been sleeping in a recliner since I got home. Any tips on transitioning to my bed with my husband again 😅 thanks!!

I had to put my bed on the floor because it was to high

I laid in my bed but I put a bunch of pillows behind me so I was propped up and in the beginning I would roll out of bed or had my husband get me out ... once I was out I was good... a compression garment really helped support my midsection!

Honestly you just have to wait it out until you're comfortable enough to lay down. You can try getting a sleep wedge to transition, but unless you're gonna use it after you need it for your recovery, it's kind of a waste of money. You can try propping up pillows in the bed.
