Can you have preeclampsia with no swelling ?

I have high BP and am dizzy but I’m not swollen

I was just induced last week with high blood pressure! No other symptoms!

I’ve had one bout of pitting edema, it went away within 24 hours. But I do have preeclampsia, bp started going up about 22/23 weeks, it’s hovering mostly in the 120s-130s/80s, with occasional jumps into the 140s/90s. Protein in the urine and also low platelets (hoping the platelets don’t keep going down). 
Other than feeling like general crap I don’t have a lot of noticeable symptoms.

Can you have preeclampsia with no swelling ?
