Vomiting 2 month old?

My baby has been throwing up part of his bottles lately. What could this mean? Is he sick is he lactose???

My 3 month old son was doing that and we had to switch to enfamil formula’s A.R. (acid reflux) type and it was life changing! he rarely spits up now more than like a quarter sized amount and it isn’t all the time. Before when we were using the enfamil newborn and then tried gentle ease and he had exorcism type projectile vomiting. Also try to burp him after every 2oz and keep him semi upright for 30-40min after eating. That also helped us.

How much is he throwing up? Projectile? Just a little bit of spit up? Crying when throwing up or arching his back? There’s a big difference. My son spit up for a solid 8 months of his life during bottles. Even after eating puréed foods too. Some babies just do that.
