Why doesn’t my husband care?

We have been together for 6 years. 2 y married. We both work. I also study. In 1.5 year my husband and I have had sex just maybe 5 times. A month ago I went to the doctor and my testosterone was extremely low (due 10 years of being on BC pills non stop). I was so happy bc that was the reason of my low sex drive!

My husband never complained and he always understood and never pushed me. Yesterday night we were doing the dishes and I commented how happy I feel now without pills and we should try to do something “romantic” this weekend!

He didn’t say a word and he looked upset. I was sharing a “good new”, a possibility of having sex again, and nothing. He turned the TV on. I told him “I know you’ve been tired and stressed bc your work. I don’t wanna push you neither. I love you”... and not a word. I lay down next to him, looking at him waiting for a response, but he was too busy watching tv. I cried in front of him -this was so sad- and i went to bed. And zero answer.

I don’t know what to think. This was a moment we were waiting for so long. Sex is very important in a couple’s life, but looks like he doesn’t care.
