Anyone else exhausted?!

I’m either 4 or 5 weeks and 4 days. And every day for the past week I’ve been exhausted! I’ve had to have a nap every single day! Every time my 14 month goes down for his nap I need to go and have one too, except yesterday since I was at the hospital all day confirming my pregnancy and then just hanging out at my husbands clinic till he got off, so I couldn’t nap. I remember this last time but it definitely wasn’t this early or this bad till at least 7 weeks. I don’t feel pregnant yet except for this constant exhaustion. Anyone with me?
