Alcohol consumption while TTC?

Hi all! Just wondering how many of you have completely cut out alcohol while TTC...i do not drink heavily at all but do enjoy occasionally drinking on the weekends. When I brought it up to my doc she told me that drinking is fine while TTC as long as it’s not excessive (of course!).

I tested positive right after my birthday weekend, so lots of heavy drinking, and everything’s fine. The baby doesn’t take anything from you until weeks after you test positive, so as long as you stop when you find out you’re pregnant you’re fine.

I drank more the month I got pregnant then I did all the rest of the months ttc (which was about a year) lol

I drink til I see pink. I got pregnant from a night of drinking at a wedding lol 
Now we just went to a wedding after my last cycle, so I might be pregnant, waiting for AF to be late

Not worth it for me. Haven’t had a drink since I got my IUD out in December.

I did cut out all alcohol (& ate/slept/exercised as ideally as possible), & I got pregnant my first cycle ttc despite having long-running estrogen & thyroid issues that had my drs telling me I would likely need some help getting pregnant. Who knows whether those things helped or not, but it didn't hurt!

I binge drink every Friday lol and I mean BINGE I have had four children it should be ok 👌 X
