Any Advice Will Do!

My family has moved every year of high school (I’m a junior) and this year is extra “special” because I’m moving twice. I moved about a month ago and had to switch schools, but the new house is only about 10 minutes from the old one so my boyfriend and I were able to stay together. I’m moving again in about 5 weeks to another state and my boyfriend and I would love to try long distance, but we both know it’s going to be hard but I was wondering if any of you ladies had any advice on how to make this successful?
