How do you ladies manage the side effects of metformin? When is the best time to take it? My RE just recommended it for egg quality and to decrease chances of a miscarriage once I get a BFP. I have directions to start taking 500mg once a day for a week, and then 1000mg once a day for a week, and then up to the goal 1500mg once a day. He said to take it an hour before dinner. Is this the best time? Also how do you remember?! So many questions. Thanks for the help.
