3 missed periods. early start of menopause?

I'm 24 years old. 165 lbs 5'3. lightly active. 
my last period was on December 18-22 2017. i haven't had one since then :/. I'm a little irregular but not to the point of missing 3 periods. I bought the clear blue advanced ovulation kit and i've been getting flashy smiley faces all this week. which means im ovulating right ? meaning im not in a pre menoupase stage and i can ttc ? help?  i cant get blood done for pregnancy unless i have a positive pee test and so far that hasn't happened. I asked my doctor and all she said was "keep having alot of sex since your hormones are crazy". 
(Also, before my mom had me she had a cyst she had to get removed. idk..)
I'm stressed out. Anthing will help
Was on birth control 4 years ago.

get checked for pcos or endometriosis. there are many things that can be causing you not to get your period but these are big ones along with stress. hope you get checked and everythings ok.

That’s seems really weird of your doctor to tell you to have lots of sex because of your crazy hormones. I would go get a second opinion. A doctor could prescribe you meds to “jump start” your cycle and help it get back in a rhythm. I did that for like 3-5 months and then my cycle started to be regular. Have you recently stopped birth control? And I’m not much help with the ovulation tests, so I’d just look at what the directions say.

Since when lots of sex can regulate crazy hormones. I think doctor was drunk when u called him or her. Its not pre menopause as u r very young. Can be lack of menstruation. U need to go to real doctor and run blood tests for tsh and prolactin. If u ovulate this month u may have chance to get pregnant or have period. If your period starts in 13 14 days i recommend to run the tests on those hormones on 5.6 or 7th day of your cycle in the morning with no food input. Good luck
