Tuesday i'm going to be induced. I'll be 39 weeks, i'm already 4cm & completely thinned out & he's head down where we can't even see his face anymore on the ultrasound screen. Won't be getting the epidural. What can i do from now til then to make it easier on me? My daughter came natural and came within 8 hours no epidural. i really want to keep my mind off the pain & im very nervous to be induced. Any advice??
