So I didn't know this was a thing until a few years ago. I think it's awesome that other ladies are willing to donate breast milk to moms who may be struggling in that department.

How does this work? Do you need a medical reason to ask for donations? How do you know you're getting quality breast milk? Some ladies could eat healthier, so wouldn't that be better breast milk for the baby? How do you know some ladies don't have medicine or alcohol in their supply?

In my case, I'm having a c section. Last c section I hurt so bad I couldn't sit up. Baby would not latch and I couldnt get in a good position. If I can't even pump, would people really donate for that?

I know it's my anxious brain with all these questions, but I am also curious how this works.
