I need some serious baby dust...

I’ve been seeing signs I broke an egg and seen an embryo shape. I keep trying with my fiancé but unfortunately he was tested and he has a really low sperm count due to low potassium. I was pregnant once already but miscarried at 12 weeks. However that was almost 6 months ago. I just need help hoping. He’s my world and he feels so bad and he now thinks it’s not gonna happen for us. I’m trying to stay strong for him but it’s just so hard... TTC people helppp
