how to push induction?

my blood pressure has been consistently high my last four appointments and they just don’t even address it after i told them i was having headaches and seeing spots. i think they’re not taking me seriously because i’m a young ftm. baby’s been moving less and headaches are getting worse. i’m full term will be 38 weeks tomorrow is there a way to choose to be inducted? thanks in advance and keep your rude comments to yourself.
