can anyone help me?

Okay ladies I need your help! Yesterday when I got my ultrasound the tech was looking for complications and what not and at one point he took a picture and wrote a letter that started with the letter “V” and put a question mark behind it. He didn’t tell me what anything was because he’s not allowed to they have to send it off to radiology then to my doctor who I don’t see for another week. Does anyone know what it might be? If I seen the word I’d definitely remember it I just can’t for the life of me remember what it was and I’m kinda worried about it!
