Bleeding for 3 days lightly on and off

Hello ladies, how are you? I started to bleed on Wednesday and it was very light and I told my self it will be heavier on the 2nd day. But it didn’t happen. I’ve been having cramps, I have pads on, but no blood, but when I wiped it with wipes there is small blood on the wipes. It’s also on and off. My period has been regular. Please tell me what is happening to me? Thanks
