i currently work with a family member and im still within my 90 days in the policy it states i can leave without giving a 2 week notice. im going to take that route bc im extremely unhappy and not treated right (ive talked to managment but nothings been dne) if my family member were to ask managment if i was fired or if i quit would they be able to tell them? i really dont qant my family member knowing i quit. what would it be called if they did tell her. it should be employee confidentially or employee privacy? or is it a hippa violation..? i jus need the correct term.
