Hard Time Losing Weight on Nexplanon

I've gotten the Nexplanon implant almost 3 months ago and had a baby 2 months before that. After I had my son I was dropping the pounds right off, but gained some back. I was always able to lose weight just fine, but now since I've gotten the Nexplanon it's like it's so hard for me to lose any weight. I've been trying to lose weight for about 2 months and I've been stuck at 190-194lbs. Constantly going up and down but mainly staying at the same weight. I've been working out almost everyday and eating better than what I used to. Has anyone else experienced this? Please help!
