He is not ready for a baby.

So my husband is not ready for a baby. I have known for this for many years. But I am beginning to wonder if he ever will be. I feel solo in my even thinking about getting mentally and financially ready for a baby in our near future. Because I don’t want to pressure him into a baby if he doesn’t quite yet feel ready for a baby into our lives. We talk about children in our future all the time and how we would bring them up. But still not anytime in the near future. When does the baby conversation turn into action? When does a guy have an epiphany that he wants to start a family?
