Hair and beauty products safe for pregnancy

Is anyone changing their beauty care product while pregnant to avoid certain chemicals. I haven’t thus far and don’t really want to but curious what other people do and what products they use. Probably need different shampoo conditioner face wash facial moisturizer and eye cream if I’m being really picky and do change. Don’t think I’m willing to change deodorants! Curious if you do or don’t change your products and if you did change what do you use that’s not too expensive. Thanks
