Feeling defeated

For the last three months I’ve taken ovulation tests. I start on cycle day 10 and stop around cycle day 16 to make sure I don’t miss it. My cycle is pretty regular 28-29 days. Every single test I take comes back and says that there no lh surge detected. I swear I can feel when I am ovulating because of the cm and cramping. I usually take the tests first thing in the morning. Why am I not getting positives? And why am I not getting pregnant. I got pregnant with my angel baby the first time.
