No it’s not positive. You do not get an LH spike in early pregnancy, you get another surge if you are NOT pregnant....1-3 days before your period to halt progesterone production and ready the uterine lining for shedding. The reason an opk would be positive (and it would be blazing positive...test line darker than control) is bc LH and HCG are molecularly similar and the opk picks up the HCG as LH, and you would get a solid positive prego test at the same time anyways.

I had a opk detect mine up until a pregnancy test did, but it ended up being a Chemical pregnancy.
