Pinching in uterus?

I'm about eight days away from AF and yesterday I was experiencing some light cramping. Today I was perfectly fine. But I noticed I had a very increased amount of cm and this pinching in my uterus. The cramps were not at all horrible or even painful just noticeable. And the pinching pain was similar. Has anyone had this happen and got a BFP?? My SO and I have been trying to conceive for three months now and I'm really hopeful this will be a good sign
