I am thinking of giving up using OPKs 😓
I have PCOS, and I have never had problems using opks. the last 5 months I have been fine and been able to pic up ovulation. This month I am on cycle day 22 and I have had high LH but no surge or peak. Sometimes it gets darker one day and Im sure that this is it, I am gona get the surge tomorrow etc, but then its just gone. its taking me on a rollercoaster. I am thinking of just tracking my cervical position and CM but I dont get too much of it anyway. Ah I just give up ☹
