ToysRUs and BabiesRUs closing...

I'm going to start off with, I do work for the company... in case you didn't know all toysrus and BabiesRUs are closing down for good (in the US). We started our liquidation sales as of yesterday. I've never seen so many hungry ass people standing outside, waiting in line for our doors to open!

Sales only started at 10% on basically everything, with clothes at a 20%. These people where buying up everything, like it was the best deal of their lives. when we had our normal sales, all that shit would have been on a better deal! But these people have probably not been in our stores in years and are now getting ripped out! Which honestly makes me feel better about the situation because these "liquidation shoppers" are assholes!

They wanna get mad they aren't getting a bigger discount, can't use coupons anymore and that all sales are final. I'm not even going to begin telling you about the rude ass people who call the store daily! This whole rant is basically just to get it off my chest that there are people who have families and depend on this job! Whether you like the store or their prices people that work there won't have a job soon! It's not their fault prices suck, it's not there fault you can't use your damn coupons anymore 🙄 That's all coporate decisions. The same with women not getting endless earnings! That's all corporate, WE CAN'T CHANGE THAT OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Coming to the store, causing a scene will get you nowhere. We feel bad for you as well, it sucks, we know. But trust me, we don't wanna hear you complain as soon as you walk in the door!

Come in and treat people with respect! Come in and realise some of these women are pregnant, working about to not have a job, some of these men have kids at home to feed! Mortgages to pay, bills to pay. The younger kids are working here while going to college. We aren't even getting our severance packages! But you're only worried about your $5 coupons... SHUT UP 🙄🙄🙄 The people who work there are trying everyday to keep their cool and some of you are just animals! And if I see one more person say... They are gonna mark everything up and then say its on a deal, like Kmart did, that's NOT true. I'm the team member who is in charge of signs and pricing and it isn't the case🙄 stop acting like you know everything, cause you don't. If I walked into a closing store, I would act like a decent human being, wouldn't you?! If not, you should probably change that !
