Spotting

So I’m 7weeks 6 days and I’ve been spotting since yesterday afternoon but not enough to even show up on my underwear. I just see it when I wipe and it’s a pink color (sorry tmi). I haven’t had any cramping, but I’m a first time mom and I’ve been ttc for so long I want everything to go right. Is it to extreme to go to the ER since my doctor is closed on the weekends?

Update- after a visit to the ER letting us know everything looked ok, about 24 hours later we miscarried
