This is TMI but is there something wrong with my puppy?? Please help

He’s three months old and this morning he pooped three times without even touching his breakfast. And each time he pooped it got more watery until this came out.

Should I take him to the vet?? Has this ever happened to your pup?? Please help. I new to dogs. And I don’t want anything happen to my little buddy.

Looks similar to poop they have when they have a whip worm infection. The vet should be able to clear it up.

it's common for puppies to have dodgy poos as their systems are getting used to rich food. has he recently had jabs? or have you changed food?  it know it's worrying but my puppy pooed pure blood and it was down to a sensitive tummy as you can imagine I thought the worse. generally of dogs are still acting themselves then there is nothing to worry about if they stop eating drinking and become lethargic you have a problem. it's always best to get them checked by a vet but try not to panic. icky bellies in dogs are very common. xx

Has he had his parvovirus shot? 
Or eaten something new or possibly eaten something off of the floor?
Mucus in his poop could be anything. But I’d make a vet appointment l.

Could just be something not good with the food or even a parasite. Puppies getting parasites are a normal thing and they just give them antibiotics. Happened to our husky
