Has anyone has milk of magnesia the cherry kind ? While pregnant?

I had some yesterday to help with extreme upset stomach and constipation , and I went pee a few hours later and it made it look like I was spotting ? The stuff is light pink in colour so wondering if anyone had something similar? It was just the one time thing and I kept looking and I put my finger inside deep and moved it around and then wiped it off to see if I seen anything more and I didn’t it was clear so I am wondering if that could be the reason why ? No cramps or anything
