Blood Pressure and Swelling

Started randomly swelling today and felt nauseas at the same time. Hands, feet, lips started swelling. I felt like I was breathing heavier than normal. My bp usually runs 90s/60s but when I took it around 330 it was 127/71. I know that’s within normal range but since my bp runs lower then that normally, would that be considered high? And yes, I do know I should call my dr if I have concerns...just asking for opinions. Checked bp again at 430 and it was 111/77 and again at 530 103/68. Bp is going down but I’m still swollen and have been laying down.
