FTM and 17 weeks! Exposed to flu at work 😞

I work as an OT in inpatient rehab and have a patient diagnosed with type A flu despite getting vaccinated last fall!

Work requires me too as well and I did. I do feel fine as well, no symptoms.

I told my ob this week and she told me I needed to take Tamiflu generic, once a day for 10 days 😞

She said if i did get flu that the complications would be far worse for me and baby (i.e. pneumonia)

I’m SO bummed as I’ve only taken a Tylenol once since I found out I was pregnant!

Anyone else take tamiflu and baby was okay?? 🤰🏼I would love to hear similar stories and feedback!! TIA
