missarage or clotting?

I haven't had a period since January although my period aren't very regular. The middle of February is when I started to feel my breasts get really tender ( at first I thought it was because of sun burn from tanning ) but then as time went on I noticed I still haven't gotten a period through out march

. So about a week or two ago I took two pregnancy tests. Both negative. This morning I woke up with blood all over my sweatpants thinking I got my period , that's when the shooting pains started to hit me and when I went to the bathroom this was hanging and kept coming . I'm scared I miscarried but I'm not sure.. I haven't bled much since but the pain is still somewhat there.
