Spotting after sex

Ok here we go... Thursday night (the 22nd), Friday morning (the 23rd) like 11pm to 3am I had unprotected sex. We don’t have sex often, maybe 7 times in the last 8 months we’ve been seeing each other, dating. Typically he doesn’t “finish” and when he does he usually pulls out. The sex wasn’t any different than what I’m used to (and as usual it was nothing short of amazing). So I was surprised too see brown discharge and bright pink blood when I went to the bathroom Saturday afternoon. And that lasted throughout the day Saturday. It’s about 2am on Sunday and i think it’s getting lighter however there is a bit of a smell. Nothing crazy. It’s just not what I’m used to. A couple things I think are noteworthy: my last period was the 14-18 and it was regular and I had really really faint, light pink blood on the 13th. And the last time we had sex was the 3rd but that was one of the instances where he couldn’t finish. I don’t usually bleed after sex with him however I always cramp, which I have been even up until right now. Also my last Pap smear was January 12th and everything was okay.

I googled causes for spotting/bloodshed After sex and got results like infections, STDs, STIs, implantation bleeding. Needless to say I got freaked out and scheduled an appointment to see my GYN.
