i need your help

im 5"8 , 14 & 122 pounds. i want to loss weight & work out , but im depressed and dont want to get out of bed. i cant really go om a diet because if i do , my mom and dad will think im starving myself & i have to eat what they give me...i want to love my body but i dont know how to.. any tips on what i should do?? (pls no negative comments) thanks again ladies ❤
