What is she allergic to!?!?

My daughter recently got this rash under her eyes. I️t comes and goes through out the day. She is 7 months old only drinks breast milk ( I️ exclusively pump)

She just got her first tooth and I’ve read teething may cause rashes sometimes . She also eats solids but i haven’t introduced any new flavors besides the ones she’s been eating .

I do have 2 dogs . But she’s been around them since being born . Is I️t possible she’s allergic to them now ? Has anyone experienced this or know what this can be?

Her appt is this week , just asking on here for some insight.
