Those who are on lovanox...

I am curious what others have been told about whether you can have the epidural or not while on a blood thinner. I plan to be induced at 37 weeks and have to stop taking my lovanox the day before, but my other Dr says I should be off blood thinners for 72 hrs if I want the epidural. The one Dr says 24 hrs. What have your Drs told you to do? Will you just not risk getting the epidural all together? I am getting induced in 12 days and dont have a clear plan so Im over here with anxiety.
