Dominating dad doesn't teach me how to drive

So I basically took my road test a few weeks ago and failed. I took driving lessons(only 6) before I took my test, which my dad paid for. However, he never even practiced with me during the time I was practicing before the scheduled test. Now, I schedule to retake my road test and ask my dad to help me because he doesn't want to pay for more lessons and he freaks out on why I scheduled another one and won't even help me. He even said that he doesn't care if I fail, that he still won't spend money or his time helping me to learn how to drive. I'm currently 17 and I have to commute to college next year. What should I do??
