spotting and needing peace of mind...

hello all i am officially 6 weeks today and have been spotting a brownish discharge for a week now... I've had a very stressful weekend and weekend as i just buried my grandma yesterday... and when i woke up this morning I was spotting a pink discharge and tonight I spotted red... could this mean miscarriage? Im not having any severe cramps or pain. Please any advice is better than none. thanks in advance!
